Super-Blower For High Speed Timber Planing Lines
With many years experience in extraction and filtration of applications whereby, dry, light wood shavings are present. Indusvent have now specially modified their Super-Blower filter system to handle high volume.
The system is designed to ensure optimum safety, performance and low electrical energy consumption.
The main exhaust fan set is located on the clean air side of the system this eliminates any potential damage or resin build up to the fan impellor. The filter discharge hopper is designed to ensure no material bridging and includes a unique mechanical scraper discharge arm.
The Super-Blower filter is ATEX Certified and incorporates (VFV) Vertical Flameless Explosion Venting.
Filter efficiency is maintained by the Powerpulse® cleaning system this cleans only 1 filter bag at a time and continuously monitors the filter condition.
The Super-Blower system above is connected to a 7 Head 300m/min Planing and Sawing Line. The system is arranged to pneumatically inject extracted wood shavings/dust directly into 3 x road transportation containers. The container loading system in this case includes automatic changeover. The whole system is touchscreen controlled and variable speed drives are fitted to all motors maximising flexibility and efficiency.
